Wholesale Ordering

COROCO Coffee Wholesale ordering is available to approved wholesale customers.

Approved accounts can log in to view wholesale pricing, place orders, and manage account details. New wholesale customers can request access by submitting a wholesale account request for review.

How Wholesale Ordering Works

1. Request a Wholesale Account

New wholesale customers must complete the wholesale account request form before ordering.

COROCO reviews each request before approving wholesale access. A valid resale or tax exemption certificate may be required before an account is approved.

2. Wait for Account Review

Submitting a request does not automatically approve wholesale access.

COROCO will review your business information, contact details, and resale or tax exemption documentation. If approved, you will receive instructions to set your password and log in.

3. Log In to Order

Once approved, wholesale customers can log in to access online ordering.

Approved customers can view available wholesale coffee options, select grind preferences where available, and place orders through the wholesale website.

4. Pickup or Shipping/Delivery Review

Wholesale orders may be picked up from COROCO Coffee in Sycamore.

Shipping or delivery may be available when arranged separately. Any shipping or delivery charges are billed separately after order review unless otherwise agreed.

Important Wholesale Ordering Notes

Wholesale coffee orders are prepared after purchase. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, WooCommerce marks the order as processing. COROCO then roasts, packs, and prepares the order.

Coffee is a food product. Once coffee leaves COROCO’s possession, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.
